   Fix one big issue what broken all plugins! (#1022)
   
   If found any config from servercmd, m_ConfigsExecutedForward not called !!!!!!!
   If m_ConfigsExecutedForward  not called, this is broke all plugins where used m_ConfigsExecutedForward (example restmenu)
